• Own victra.com as the link between Marketing, IT and stakeholders.
• Manage a contract SEO specialist and web developer, and direct web projects delivered through a third-party agency.
• Grew organic traffic through SEO strategy, on-page optimization and keyword targeting.
• Raised engagement on key flows with UX redesigns informed by analytics and heatmapping.
• Launched online appointment scheduling and a device reservation flow with IT.
• Built AI agents that audit the site for content, SEO and expired promotions, review designs against UX standards, and compile reports from Asana, Google Analytics and internal data.
• Built brand landing-page agents for Verizon, Apple, Samsung and Google that rebuild a reference page to each brand's standards and collect its imagery for the asset library.
• Migrated the site from WordPress to Elementor and rolled out a company-wide digital business card.

Feb 2026 – Present

• Founded an AI SEO app for Shopify, live on the Shopify App Store since Aug 2026. It scores a store, ranks issues by estimated dollar impact and applies approved fixes in one click.
• Shipped AI product-content rewrites, image optimization, broken-link redirects, structured data, Search Console reporting and cart recovery emails.
• Run marketing through agents that research topics, publish the blog and draft social posts, plus a daily planning agent. Nothing publishes without review.

Sep 2026 – Present

• Designed and directed a 30-day iPhone speaking program: one question a day answered out loud, pace and pauses measured on the device, and AI coaching written to set rules. Audio never leaves the phone.
• Built in SwiftUI by coding agents working from written briefs. In testing ahead of an App Store launch.

Jun 2021 – May 2022

• Managed WordPress, Joomla and Drupal sites for agency clients, including hosting, DNS and content publishing.
• Produced digital and print creative in Photoshop and Illustrator for campaigns and brand collateral.
