Work
What I have been building, most recent first. Two products of my own, a day job spent on the web and on AI, and the design years that came before them.

Sayforth
A thirty day speaking program for iPhone. You record one short answer a day, watch it measured, and read written coaching on what to change tomorrow.
Live demo from sayforth.app The measuring happens on the phone and the audio stays there. The coaching is written by an AI model from what the measurement found, so the note you get back is about this answer rather than speaking in general.
I decide what it is, how it looks, how it sounds and how it behaves. Claude writes the code. I review every change before it ships. Shoptimal was built the same way.

Shoptimal
A Shopify app that scans a store, ranks what is wrong by estimated dollar impact, and applies the fixes in one click. It also runs cart recovery and review request emails.
I founded it and I run it: the product, the app, the marketing site, the analytics and the email. Every dollar figure the app shows is an estimate and it says so, with the working behind it.
The content pipeline runs on agents I set up. They research topics, write drafts and prepare posts. Nothing publishes until I have read it.

Web Experience
and AI ManagerI manage the web experience and lead how the team uses AI. I build automations that speed up the work and save the business time while improving the end product.
Most of what I do there is internal, so I keep the details off this site.

Exclusive Thread
A streetwear brand that needed a real store rather than a link in a bio. I did the design, the Shopify theme work, and the product and collection templates.
The part I care about most is the handover. The owner adds a drop, sets the images and publishes it without needing me.

LVL Energy Drink
Packaging for an energy drink line. The can is a hard format: one curved surface, read from three feet away in a cooler, and the flavour has to be obvious before the name is.

Saving Grace
Instagram artwork for a nonprofit campaign. Small canvas, a lot of information, and a feed that gives you about a second to land the message.
